We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your AeroGarden purchase, just return it within 30 days for a full refund – no questions asked. We guarantee that your seed kits will germinate. If for any reason they don't, contact us at www.AeroGrow.com/email and we'll rush you a new kit (or appropriate seed pods). Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-476-9669 to arrange for a merchandise return or for questions related to our quality guarantee.

When you register your warranty online at www.aerogrow.com/warranty or mail in your warranty registration card (inside your AeroGarden box), you will receive coupons valued at $50 for use towards future AeroGarden product purchases. 1. Please allow 10 business days for economy ground delivery.
2. Expedited 2-day delivery service is available.
3. Orders are processed within 2 business days, based on in-stock availability.
4. Shipping rates apply to shipments made in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Trust Territories will incur additional costs.
5. P.O. Box deliveries are shipped by economy ground delivery.
